Today is International Women's Day 2024. This year's theme is "Inspire Inclusion", inclusion in leadership, business, and the creative arts. We agree wholeheartedly. The facts are in. Gender equality engenders success. So today we celebrate the women of PLOTT – past, present and future. IWD is a reminder of all the progress towards gender equality, but it's also a chance to consider the work that needs to be done. For example, 18% of UK businesses are female-led.
