Here’s the scoop: Current Situation: Job Title: Administrator at a manufacturing company Environment: A solid 90% of my time is spent on corporate HR tasks, with just a sprinkle of customer invoicing. Culture: The company vibe is pretty tough; there’s a lot of focus on profits and not much on people. 🏭 Growth Potential: Honestly? It feels stunted. We’re a team of 500, and I’m the only one in HR, and I lack any formal training in that area.
