Hello Royal Enfield team, i want to share my experience with Meteor 350 bike, i have purchased it on 5 July 2023, currently i have faced an issue with it..... Infact it has started today... Bike Engine has gone SWITCH OFF, i have Switching On it by using self star but it doesn't work, when gives little bit accelerator it goes start but after leaving it bike goes OFF ... Please look into this issue.

1moRoyal Enfield it's the worst services support. Following a minor accident, I handed over my bike to the service center on 20.05.2024, and paid an advance of Rs. 10000 for the repair. Despite the passage of 63 days, the bike remains unrepaired. During this period, it was left in an open area, exposed to sun and rain, which has resulted in high levels of rust and significant damage due to prolonged exposure to the elements. Customer care also not support.
