Royal Enfield I have a very bad experience with your service centre Sunshine automobile wazirabad. I had service on my bike and I ran after service only 30 km suddenly the bike was off and not working at all. I visited the service centre to fix the problem they asked me to wait till the evening for the minor issue At least they did not check the issue properly. The behaviour of the manager is very bad even though he doesn't know how to behave with the customer. I would request you to please coordinate with the service centre and ask them to drop my bike at my doorstep. I cannot visit again and again. For any query connect 9810513235

Worst experience... The Royal Enfield service center, prioritizes profit over quality, using local parts, and providing poor service. I bought a new bike Hunter 350 on December 22, 2023, from the Burari showroom, and it was registered on December 24, 2023 DL8SDG3758. The bike was defective from the start. Despite regular servicing, issues were ignored by the staff. After the second service on July 7, 2023, the bike faced continuous problems and eventually stopped working. The service center's high prices and inadequate response have been frustrating. Royal Enfield needs to focus on customer satisfaction and use genuine parts.

During the second service on July 7, 2023, I was informed that my bike didn't have any play in the clutch. Why didn’t they correct this issue during the first service? This is totally the fault of the Royal Enfield workshop staff, or the parts may have been low quality or defective from the beginning. All services were done at the Royal Enfield workshop, including the first service. After the second service, I immediately noticed issues during a test ride and reported them back to the service center. The staff denied there was a problem. Within a week of the second service, I faced two continuous issues, and eventually, my bike stopped working altogether. Not only the clutch plate, but the workshop staff also told me that under warranty, parts worth approximately 30K-40K were changed in my Hunter 350 bike. This indicates that most of the parts were defective and will not last long in the future as well. It seems that Royal Enfield sold a defective or refurbished bike to their customer and now asks for money in the name of services. Most of the parts are of low quality. No other company’s bike engine needs repair within 6 months. Their staff are not able to solve or even listen to their customers, and they misbehave in this matter.
