The Videographer will play a crucial role in capturing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand's objectives. The ideal candidate should be proficient in video shooting, editing, and post-production techniques, and have a keen eye for visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production:
1.     Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up equipment, framing shots, and capturing high-quality video footage.
2.     Operate a variety of cameras, lenses, and other video equipment to achieve the desired results.
3.     Ensure proper lighting, sound, and composition to capture compelling visuals.
4.  Edit video content to meet company standards, maintaining quality and creativity.
5.  Review raw footage and select the best takes.
6.  Use Brand fonts & logo
7.  Provide creative input for transitions, effects, and sound.
8.  Optimize videos for different platforms and resolutions
  Technique:
9.  ARoll ( green screen)
10.  check motion & transition
11.  check little vfx (sound effect)
12.  check stock video and images (BRoll)
13.  Color correction
14.  and over all theme and ( we will find our own theme)   Video Editing:
1.     Edit and assemble video content into a cohesive and engaging final product.
2.     Trim, cut, and sequence video clips to create a smooth and narrative flow.
3.     Add and synchronize audio, music, and sound effects to enhance video content.
Storytelling:
1.     Collaborate with the creative team to understand the project's goals and messaging.
2.     Contribute to the storytelling process by selecting the best shots and sequences to convey the intended message.

4.  Find our own style or theme
5.  Learn from competitor
6.  Come up with simple and creative video
7.  Learn the new features and editing motions

In recent times, the challenges have only intensified. The industry has experienced significant layoffs, with thousands of professionals losing their jobs. This wave of layoffs has created an even more daunting job market, leaving me feeling like I'm fighting an uphill battle. Navigating through this period of uncertainty and limited opportunities has been incredibly challenging. Every rejection feels like a setback, and the dream of working in a first-world country feels increasingly distant. Despite the hardships, I remain steadfast in my pursuit of a career in animation. I continue to refine my skills, build my portfolio, and tirelessly search for any opportunity, no matter how remote it may seem. This individual applied to over 35 companies, each of which requested a custom sample model as part of the application process. It's been two months since he submitted these models and the majority of companies have not responded. Despite his follow-ups, there’s still no response. Some promised to get back soon but never did, while a few requested additional models without any clear commitment. 😠 What’s really frustrating is the lack of communication from 90% of these companies. If you’re not planning to hire, why post the job? If you are, why not be transparent about your hiring process? To all hiring managers and recruiters, clear and honest communication is essential. If a candidate is not moving forward, please let them know promptly. This not only respects their time and effort but also helps maintain your company’s reputation.
