Antonio comes from an extensive professional services background with a decade of experience. Prior to RTD, Antonio led the management of multi-million dollar budgets, spearheaded the development of financial data consolidation systems, implemented internal controls, leveraged technology to transform traditional processes, and drove innovation and efficiency efforts. As Director of RTD Strategic (our staff augmented consulting arm), Antonio will be responsible for identifying, planning, executing, and deploying personnel to our clients' strategic initiatives, and manage our career-consultant base. We'd like to take a moment to highlight Cortney Hatem and her involvement with the Habitat for Humanity International on their Hard Hats & High Heels event. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami is an ecumenical ministry that transforms lives and communities by providing low-income families with affordable home ownership opportunities. All of the proceeds from the evening of networking went to help build an affordable home for one of the single mothers in their program. They raised over $200,000.00!!!!!! Amazing job to everyone on the committee!!! Thank you for the opportunity for allowing us to participate. Can't wait 'til next years' event!!

Team member highlight!!! Cortney Hatem is one of our Sr. recruiters, and has been with the company since March of 2022. Cortney has extensive experience in supporting our clients across all ranges of administrative, finance and accounting, and executive support roles. She’s also excelled within our manufacturing and distribution sectors, as well as public accounting and real estate investment. Before RTD, Cortney had an excellent career within the finance and accounting space, where she rose to senior management roles within credit and collections in AR departments.
