Aechelon Technology Receives $99M Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) from the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) South San Francisco, Calif. – May 6, 2024   — Aechelon Technology, Inc. announced today that it has been awarded a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) by the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) in the amount of $99M for commercial items on a sole source basis during a five (5) year period.  The primary products to be acquired are image generators (IGs), nodes for channel expansion, multi-spectral visual and sensor global databases, 3D moving models, test equipment, and technical services – including installation support and engineering services for Aechelon’s high fidelity simulation. Interesting developments today at the F-35 JPO

🇯🇵 🛩️ The United States Air Force awarded Boeing a $450.5-million contract to upgrade around 70 Japanese F-15s as part of the Super Interceptor Program. The upgrade includes Raytheon APG-82(v)1 active electronically scanned array radars, advanced display core processor II mission system computers, and BAE Systems AN/ALQ-250 eagle passive warning survivability systems, enhancing situational awareness, electronic warfare capabilities, and operational efficiency.
