Virtual Assistant working with your business, freeing up your time so you can focus on expanding and acquiring new customers

One of the most effective ways to get yourself organised is to use an electronic planner, I use Google Calendar. It helps me schedule my business and personal commitments effectively and focus on my priorities. ⠀⠀ Jo Munro founder of VA Handbookers has an excellent free guide on creating your own calendar, check out the 'How to be a Productivity Ninja' mini course. Some key takeaways from this course (there's so much more): • Create Business and Personal calendars • Give Family bookings a different colour, or create a Family calendar⠀ • Share the Family bookings/calendar with your significant other • Turn off notifications How do you organise and prioritise your time? ⠀⠀ #calendar #todolist #todolists

I can't handle more than one calendar so everything goes on the one electronic calendar.

I use my Outlook calendar, I wouldn't be without it Ruth. The colour coding for all aspects (I have both business and personal on the same calendar so no risk of double booking) is amazing.
