S&B Herba's culture is one of inclusion and to celebrate each others differences regardless of background. What better way to embrace the diversity we have in our organisation by indulging ourselves into a different culture with FOOD! Therefore our MD Peter Walker invited staff to bring in food from their home countries. Well done ANN MARIYA KAITHATHARA AUGUSTINE and Jeena for sharing your delicious Indian treats with us! They were certainly a hit in the office that day, especially the Samosas that were all gone by 9.45am! Peter Walker invited all staff into the kitchen that afternoon, to enjoy food from his home country - Germany, for what Germans call "Kaffee und Kuchen und ein bisschen Korn”. We were treated to Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte which is an authentic German cake, known as Black Forest Cake! Delicious! 😍🍰☕ #diversity #food #culture #inclusion

Supplier Assurance Technical Coordinator @ S & B Herba Foods Ltd | HACCP, MSc Food Innovation

Jeena and I were thrilled to share a taste of our culture with our colleagues at S & B Herba Foods. It was a joy to see everyone savoring "unniyappams" and "uzhunnuvada," beloved snacks from Kerala, along with "samosas" and "Khaju katli," which are enjoyed across India. In these challenging times, as Kerala faces natural disasters, this moment was especially meaningful to us. It was a reminder of how much our homeland means to us, and how food can bring us closer, even when we're far from home. A heartfelt thank you to all our colleagues, managers, and our MD,Peter Walker , for giving us this opportunity to introduce a piece of our culture and for valuing us throughout our journey with S & B. Here's to many more moments of cultural exchange and connection! - S&B Herba Foods Ltd
