When we built your product discovery, we did it with what we call Lighthouse users. This is something that the head of products started doing and that's building for 10 users 1st and just saying can we meet their needs, can we delight them first. And once we've sort of gotten to that point, then we'll go and we'll try to do that for 100 people. And once we've done it for 100, we'll do it for 1000. And really what that meant was those first 10 customers, those Lighthouse customers, we would talk to them all the time. All the time we would put the the worst prototypes in front of them and we would put the finished product in front of them and we felt like we weren't meeting their needs. We're like we're really not doing something particularly well here. So both product and PMM, we would spend a lot of time talking to these customers, going back and forth and just seeing exactly how they're using it. And as I said, we would go through these insights together. We've gone slack all day just sharing it back and forth, jumping on calls, talking it through. And I think we always shared the same common goals. So it always helped in the.
