Growing curiosity among the younger generation about understanding their body This curiosity is driving a surge in demand of health devices and trackers However, finding reliable data sources remains challenging, and much of the available information is skewed. The list of innovative health devices is long and growing: 1. Smartwatches 2. Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM) 3. Smart Rings 4. Smart Scales 5. Smart Bands (like Whoop) 6. Home Health Monitoring systems ... and many more coming Ultimately, I believe the winner in this segment will be the one who can provide the best insights and actionable recommendations based on this data. Gaurav Khatri from Noise and Vatsal Singhal from Ultrahuman are leading this race and aggressively coming with new products. Are there any upcoming or futuristic devices you’re aware of that should be added to this list? #HealthTech #Innovation #Wellness #GenerationZ #HealthRevolution #BodyKnowledge #SmartDevices

Who made a health-related New Year’s resolution for 2024? I did (yet again) … and it’s so far so good for me, but like many of us, I find health-focused goals harder to stick to as the year progresses and life throws us work, family, friends and the joy all that brings. But it’s also another reason why I’m excited by the potential of personalised health programmes delivered through Blua – Bupa’s home of digital health. Now, instead of letting our health take a back seat until it becomes a problem, our brilliant doctors like, Ernesto, are able to support customers throughout, tracking progress in real-time and tweaking plans if needed. Just like in the story of Javier in the video below! With systems like these, healthcare doesn’t just take place in a doctor’s office, but everywhere; on our way to work, at home, and in our pockets. Maybe this will be the year I tick off all my resolutions! #health #bupa #newyear
