During my 10 year journey with the hospitality industry In the Kingdom... I can say that the shared housing sector is the best for families in the Kingdom, not because the hotel sector is bad. But due to its lack of spread and its inability to provide diverse and wide housing options. The shared housing sector, in my view, today serves the hotel sector and does not harm it. It will attract more tourists and introduce hotel companies to new tourist destinations through the performance indicators of the shared housing sector in unserved tourist areas. It will provide accurate results for those companies with the opportunity to expand their activity, and it will limit the seasonal pressure on their establishments that affects the quality of their services and reputation. Rather, it will make it more valuable and have specific customers.

🌟 Exploring Hospitality and Tourism Industries 🌟 Hello everyone! Today, let's dive into what the hospitality and tourism industries are all about and why they matter so much. I'll explain in detail what you need to focus on to deliver your best. Your good service means good responses. This is because the better you deliver, the more successful your hotel industry will be. One of the most important things in the hotel industry is how you make guests feel at home. When they feel comfortable, they're more likely to subscribe to your services and choose your hotel over others. For example, if someone visits your hotel and asks for any kind of service, the first thing you should do is hire them. The second is to make them feel that they are in a comfortable place. It's important to take care of cleanliness and other details because they matter a lot in the hotel industry. The better your hospitality, the better your business will be. So, always strive to maintain and grow your business in line with your hotel. Thank you for your attention!Saeed Rajput

Redefining Guest Experience (GX) in Hospitality. Mentor, Facilitator, Curator of Experiences, Teambuilder & Detail Lover
Is a trip to New Zealand good value for money? 8th best country in the world. 97 out of 100 for friendliness. 100 out of 100 for scenery. No 4 on the Global Peace Index. In a world of turmoil (US elections '24, Ukraine Conflict, Trade Wars...), New Zealand seems to be a heavenly destination. The cost. Overseas visitors are willing to pay for long haul flight tickets plus a strong average rate of $227 per night. Let's put this into perspective, according to JLL that's 19% more than they paid pre-covid. Over and above that 48% of rooms under construction belong to the upper end of the market. The value. New Zealand is a premium destination and Kiwis are perceived as friendly. The upward rate pressure and more high end competition will also mean, higher expectations from our international visitors who will measure us against destinations around the world. The desire. To serve these expectations we need to increase service levels, add finesse and professionality to our Hotel and Restaurant offerings. Often I find that service is lacking this, is reactive and lackluster, lacks a smile and the follow up. For me it's the little things that make a big difference: - Someone who greets you with a smile when you enter through the door (even when they are busy and ask you to wait for a minute) - Someone who actually asks if you'd like a second coffee, or glass of wine, or dessert - Someone who farewells you with care, wishing you a good day and inviting you to come back soon Bottom line, service that anticipates and is proactive, someone who cares and wants to look after you.
Improved performance across the board in New Zealand’s hotel sector has led to an increase in enquiries from domestic and international vendors and purchasers. The strength of our market lies in its resilience and NZ’s active tourism scene, and investors seeking expansion or value-add opportunities are observing closely.
