During my 10 year journey with the hospitality industry In the Kingdom... I can say that the shared housing sector is the best for families in the Kingdom, not because the hotel sector is bad. But due to its lack of spread and its inability to provide diverse and wide housing options. The shared housing sector, in my view, today serves the hotel sector and does not harm it. It will attract more tourists and introduce hotel companies to new tourist destinations through the performance indicators of the shared housing sector in unserved tourist areas. It will provide accurate results for those companies with the opportunity to expand their activity, and it will limit the seasonal pressure on their establishments that affects the quality of their services and reputation. Rather, it will make it more valuable and have specific customers.

When we checked into the hotel we were told there was construction occurring at the property so we were given a $200 credit for each day of our trip. We were blown away. 2. EVERYONE who worked at the hotel always said "My pleasure." 3. EVERYONE who worked at the hotel always had a smile when you talked to them. Do these 3 things for your clients. 💸
