What if I told you that you can have an appealing dashboard in Excel as in PowerBI? Anyway, natively, powerbi reports are simple but external tools (Python, Figma, Power Point...) take it to another level, but some of these tools do work with Excel too

Excellent point! These days, I am actually a bit surprised when I meet a manager, Scrum Master, or project manager, that knows what a critical path is. I am even more surprised if they know what a critical chain is, and the difference between the two. It shouldn't be that way. Consider, if something this basic is missing, what else is missing? On the upside, I do meet developers who know the terms, from time to time.

Perceptive & Principled Leader | Corporate Comms | Branding | Strategic Innovation & Operational Excellence
I get it… managing email can be difficult, and declaring email bankruptcy certainly sounds attractive. But what message does it send to others? 🤔 As a communicator and leader who values virtues, I wonder about the unintended message this practice sends. Does it demonstrate courtesy, consideration, respect, integrity or accountability? 🤷♂️ I’ve been on the other side of colleagues declaring email bankruptcy after returning from a long summer holiday. It took me a couple of years to recognize it and develop an effective strategy to combat it. 🛡️ Even today, some have established a reputation that triggers a process I've developed to remind me to follow up after a reasonable time. I’m happy that it’s the exception, not the rule. ✉️ And I’m grateful to those who make the effort to send a short note that manages my expectations when a full response will take time or they’re not able to meet a target date. I can imagine a few instances when declaring email bankruptcy is a solution, but I'm not convinced it’s an effective strategy that sends a positive message about your personal brand. #ThingsThatMakeYouGoHmmm

Yes, this is funny because we see it time & again, & collectively experience it...BUT❗... It's important to note that HR *SHOULD* be there to standardize engagement / feedback by creating SOP's & enabling managers to lead their teams by providing proper tools for engagement & feedback. ***🚨Most importantly🚨***...HR is responsible for tying these SOP's to the organization's strategic business initiatives!!! There's a reason we all know HR wears a million different hats, & it's because HR straddles the fence between workforce management, finance, & operations. It's the Silk Road of business. So, help your teams help themselves help the business!...or something like that 😂 #HR #Business #workforcemanagement #management #managers #humanresources #funny #joke #comedy #leadership #SOP #operations #hiring #talent #feedback #engagment #employee #team #leader #leadership #finance #profit #success #tech #technology #tools #learning #saas #ADP #HRIS #recruiting
