I am pleased to report that today we have concluded the Technical Report in NI-43101 Format for the La Barca de Oro Project, located in the Mojave-Sonora Megashear, in the Caborca Gold Belt, Sonora Mexico. It is important to mention that in this project we have neighboring concessions owned by the important company Fresnillo PLC of Industrias Peñoles, who are the owners of the Mine with the greatest gold potential in Mexico, La Herradura Mine. The Barca de Oro Project of 7410 hectares, is situated in a belt of metamorphic rocks that hosts numerous gold occurrences along the trace of the Mojave-Sonora megashear, which trends southeast from south-central California into Northwest Sonora. The Mojave-Sonora Megashear includes the “Caborca Gold Belt”, the belt with the most Orogenic Gold potential in Mexico where is located the Herradura Mine, Soledad-Dipolos, Noche Buena, El Chanate, San Francisco; for some authors it includes important silver and gold deposits in Mexico as La Colorada Mine (epithermal gold-silver and orogenic gold). The Mines in the Mojave-Sonora Megashear have a potential of more than 20 million ounces of gold. There is evidence of free gold, historical values of 27 g/t Au and 192 g/t silver; orgenic gold mineralization is related to white and gray saccharoid quartz, pyrite, auriferous pyrite, arsenopyrite, chalcopyrite, siderite-ankerite, calcite, sericite, silicification, as well as goethite-hematite and jarosite oxides. Additional copper mineralization in chalcocite, chalcopyrite, chrysocolla, malachite, azurite with historical value of 3.5%.

Rough Diamond begins with 300 tons of ore, and from this, it becomes 1 carat of diamond. This chunk of rock will undergo several processes before it becomes a diamond. A lump of rough and unappealing material is processed to become the greatest diamond in the world. The main process in producing a diamond is to identify which stone has the potential to become a diamond. In an organization, recruitment is like the miner who identifies stones to be turned into diamonds, and I am one of the 300-ton ores that need to be picked up, mined, and polished to become a diamond.

Electrum Discovery's new European significant copper-gold anomaly only five kilometres east of a world class copper-gold porphyry mine on the Western Tethyan Belt. The anomaly, named ‘Bambino’, measures up to 550 meters in length and over 100 meters in width and remains open in all directions, with copper in soils ranging from 500 – 8238 ppm copper and rock chip samples returning grades of 2.85% and 0.32% copper. Electrum Discovery is also expanding its precious metal resources. So far the inferred resources are 670,000oz gold equivalent.

Marvel Completes 3 Holes at Duhamel, Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project North of Quebec City. The first hole drilled, DU24-01, intersected a wide, 28.6m, interval of disseminated mineralization from a hole depth 67.8m- 96.8m and within this are semi-massive stringers and massive sulphide zones ranging from widths of 15cm-60cm. An example of one of these massive sulfide bands with shows tremendous potential for nickel, copper, and cobalt mineralization.

Ilmenite is one of the most significant ores of the metal titanium. It is mined as an important industrial mineral in several deposits throughout the world. Many of those deposits are in heavy placer sands. Ilmenite is very similar in structure to Hematite, and is essentially the same as Hematite with roughly half the iron replaced with titanium. Ilmenite is the most important ore of the element titanium. It has recently surpassed Rutile as the main ore mineral of that metal.
