Gold Medal Behaviour 🥇 At Cruxy for 2024 we set the goal of showing up and demonstrating every week gold medal behaviour. Fortunately Carrie Osman was able to get some direct insight from Greg Searle MBE (GB Rowing Olympic Gold Medalist) on what this actually means. He broke it down to: 1. Clear on the why 2. And the how as a team 3. Constant and quality feedback 4. Positive motivation and celebrate wins together 5. Think differently – you can’t do the same as everyone else and get Gold 🥇 6. The 2024 PalmaVela regatta went down to the wire in the Maxi class with the two 100 footers Galateia and V separated only on countback after a close fought series. Both Galateia and V feature the innovative water ballast system from Diverse. Typically, water ballast has only been a feature on offshore racing boats but with changes in the IRC rule coupled with the Diverse ballast system it is now an potent driver of performance in inshore racing.
