Being a Haitian CEO in Corporate America ! The challenges that Haitian companies face are stifling their innovative and financial growth. The Corporate America is a thriving business ecosystem that allows private and public companies to have corporate governance to ensure the board of directors check the business operations and leadership . It is also a great way to develop human capital and offer their employees opportunities for growth. Guylaine Saint Juste , President and CEO of NABA INC. is a great example to show how Haitian executives can lead and triumph in the corporate culture . The corporate governance is a great culture that celebrates excellence, leaderhsip, and balance of power and responsibility. It is about doing the right things for all stakeholders and seeking out the best outcomes in a responsible manner.. Haiti Executive Board is thrilled to continue this journey to equip Haitian executives and Haitian companies with corporate governance and support their growth to achieve more for their employees, customers, clients , and partners . #Haiticorporategovernance, #haitianexecutiveleaders #haitibrand, #haiti , #haitian, #haitiancompanies,

Audre Lorde and other women of color feminists and womanists have been extremely influential in our work here at Indy Equity. They influence how we think of possibilities of equity in organizations and help us see clear gaps in current diversity management research. In our fellowship, the Indy Collective Leadership Circle, this month we are reading bell hooks to learn how to incorporate an ethic of love into our work. If you haven’t read Audre Lorde, bell hooks, Patricia Hill Collins, Chela Sandoval, or Gloria Anzaldúa, and let me go ahead and add adrienne maree brown to the list, do yourself a favor and pick up a copy of something. #masteryourmindset #indyequitycollaborative

It’s still on women returning to the paid workforce to own their story but we will keep working to a point hiring managers value the non traditional experiences and leadership training in parenthood that it adds to all your experience prior. It’s not a gap, it’s an evolving story.

The companies we partner with to place candidates aren't just talking the talk, they're walking the walk… By signing our pledge, they've committed to interviewing at least 70% of the candidates we recommend, ensuring opportunities are truly accessible. This is a win-win: when we advocate for a candidate, we're dedicated to securing them a seat at the table, and when companies partner with us, they're demonstrating their genuine dedication to fostering diverse leadership. Here at Women On Boards Project, impact isn't just a goal—it's our commitment in action. #DiversityDrivesSuccess #EmpowermentInAction #WomenOnBoards
