Complete your training modules, do well with your KPIs and get promoted as early as 5 months!_ Salary: Rs.15,000 + incentives up to Rs.2,500 per month Requirement: Less than 2 years (For Freshers or Chefs) *Line Cooks* _Best for professionals who want to level up, get faster, and more efficient with their growth path. Share this with your chef friends because a lot of chefs are confused with these terms in their resumes. COMMIS & COMMIE are not the same. A "commis" is typically an entry-level position in a kitchen, assisting chefs in various tasks. A designation in the French kitchen hierarchy, the world has adopted. A "commie" is a slang term used to refer to a communist or someone who supports communism. The difference lies in culinary roles versus political ideology. If you are a kitchen assistant from China or south west India, then it’s a different story. lol. So yeah. COMMIS is what should go on a resume. #chefsaichand #commis #resumewriting

Continiously I’m getting call from so many big brand hotels extremely disappointed with recruitment process. Received a call from Executive Chef ,Executive Pastry Chef not convienced .Received call from Executive Pastry Chef , Executive Chef is not convienced .Received call from both of them General Manager is not convienced only to be told they're only considering candidates from big companies and countries. (WHICH IS NOT TRUE because I came from a background worked with biggest companies). Clearly, competence takes a backseat to corporate titles. Shameful and insulting. time to rethink your priorities. Clearly, they didn't bother TO READ my resume. No consideration for experience or qualifications, just a blind preference for candidates from big companies and countries . Sorry, but TALENT DOESN'T COME WITH A CORPORATE LOGO. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

#linkedin #Fakeprofiles One more example of HR criticism we can see, the below profile seems to be fake created overnight to bas HR and Organization because someone was not a fit to hire and the other was mistaking cashier's profile to Accountant and then basing us on the name Gender Discrimination request LinkedIn to take strict action on such profiles who are created by anonymous people to play with reputation of organization and People in person.
