For those questioning Governor Tim Walz's military service, here are some important points to understand: - There are three military components: Active Army (Federal), Reserve (Federal), and National Guard (State). - The National Guard, as Component 3, operates under the authority of the state governor. - It was not until 2001, that Reserve Soldiers began deploying into theater under the leadership of General Bruce Robinson and others. I know this because I was on the Team of Champions (Operations NCO) preparing Soldiers for deployment. - National Guard units are primarily activated for state emergencies by the state governor, rarely do they engage in federal service, and even more infrequently, if at all, do they deploy as a whole unit. It's essential to recognize that not every military member is a combat veteran. In the current Presidential race, only one candidate has served as a National Guard Soldier under the state's authority. Understanding the nuances of military service is crucial in assessing leadership qualities.

TRUMPERS - Why would you conflate the term WAR with COMBAT, and let's add deployment and deployed for the Marine Public Relations dude. And when you say "saw combat," what does that mean? Dropping bombs or launching missiles from a ship at sea or clearing houses one at a time. What's the technical term? DOOR KICKERS... Trumpers and JD, if you keep splitting hairs, you will become as bald as.... READ MORE HERE 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 https://lnkd.in/eBnf2cPv ☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️

The White House opposing this way overdue pay raise shows how tone-deaf Washington has become with the issues impacting servicemembers and their families. I understand it’s hard to find funding with all that is going on, but having lived on that kind of a budget while I was in service, I know how important those raises are for quality of life. This raise would bring the minimum salary for Junior Enlisted Service Members from $26k to $30k. https://lnkd.in/eR5piT9Y I wanted to let you know that you read that correctly. Workers in that same stage of life who are not facing the challenges of military service are seeing hourly wages at $20. That pencils out to be $41,600 for far less skilled roles. Would you volunteer your life and health for $30k? Patriotism only gets us so far, and it’s hard to focus on your job when making that kind of money in our economy. PS There is plenty of overtime in the military, and it’s unpaid, unlike their civilian peers. It’s important to note that the services are all struggling with recruiting, and this type of grandstanding sends a clear message of support for military members. Waiting for the results of the quadrennial pay review is a stall tactic. It does nothing to help junior enlisted dealing with the financial issues of inflation and constant PCS moves that greatly impact spouse employment. #dobetter #military
The White House announced Tuesday that it opposes the 19.5% pay raise House lawmakers are considering for junior enlisted service members, saying it’s too expensive and is premature, given that the administration is reviewing military pay, as Military.com reported. “The administration is strongly committed to taking care of our service members and their families and appreciates the [House Armed Services Committee’s] concern for the needs of the most junior enlisted members, but strongly opposes making a significant, permanent change to the basic pay schedule before the completion of the Fourteenth Quadrennial Review of Military Compensation,” the White House said in a statement. Congressional analysts said Monday the pay raise would cost the same as two new aircraft carriers, according to Military Times. 🎵: Why don’t the President’s fight the war? 🗣Author, “Did You Say Something, Susan?” How Any Woman Can Gain Confidence with Assertive Communication
🤣LINGUISTICS HUMOR🤣 The reason the Air Force, Army, Navy and Marines bicker among themselves, is that, they don't speak the same language. For instance, take the simple phrase - “Secure the building.” The Army would post guards around the place. The Navy would turn out the lights and lock the doors. The Marines would kill everyone inside and set up headquarters. The Air Force would take out a five year lease with an option to buy. 🔸🔹🔹🔸🔹🔹🔸🔹🔹🔸🔹🔹🔸🔹🔹🔸🔹🔹🔸 This is a perfect example of why we have miscommunications. The exact same phrase or words can mean different things to different people (based on their backgrounds, points of reference, education, life experiences). This illustrates why it’s so important to clarify meaning to assure that what we think a speaker meant is actually what the speaker intended to convey. A simple, “Please clarify exactly what you mean by ‘secure’” would go a long way to assure all branches of the military were on the same page in the same book! Whaddaya think? #loversoflinguisticsjokes

US military supply chain must be prioritize on the weapon distribution in the timely matter from air, army, navy possible with space. There is the homeland needs as the national guard as the need. Possible the police of the safety needs as well. The police needs more in the safety issues not necessary on the weapon. More in the protection issues .
