Another great day out at #IRX24 yesterday, for anyone interested here's what I took from it.

🤩 There is still so much happening within the #digitalcommerce ecosystem.
😎 Networking is very much alive, the role of partnerships is going to key to both agency and vendor success in the coming years.
🤕 Agency life is tough, decisions are taking longer, more people are involved and costs are being scrutinised. It's important you really understand your value proposition to your customer and don't just drop margins to win business. Short term win, long term loss.
🥇 SHOPLINE was a hot topic, likely fuelled by Deepak's early keynote but the stand was rammed all day and it's starting to find its way into more and more conversations.
🥳 eCom Collab Club™️ knows how to host a pavilion.
🤝 The digitalcommerce community is very closely knit, everyone knows everyone.
Finally, shout out to Josie & Adela who smashed it yesterday walking the floor non-stop throughout the day. Between us all we have more than 200 data points to share in the coming weeks.
