I chose not to climb the corporate ladder. Instead, I took a different route, driven by my own ambition. Here's my journey: I began by pounding the pavement in field sales, knocking on doors and making cold calls. From there, I moved to inside sales, honing my skills in call centers and remote sales. Along the way, I transitioned into consulting, where I supported salespeople and ambitious founders with cold outbound strategies to initiate and close deals. As my clients grew their revenue and tripled their income, they encountered a common challenge of every growth stage business: managing inbound calls, servicing new clients, and retaining existing ones without adding overwhelming burdens. Being a problem solver and trusted partner, I stepped in with an offer to help them outsource their virtual call center setup worries to Africa, where I recruited top-vetted, qualified English-speaking call center agents to manage their customer expectations regardless of their time zone—all under my team's management. Yet, my focus remains unchanged: helping founders and salespeople master cold outbound sales to snag clients and propel them to that growth stage where I can continue to support their growth and make their experience solving problems less stressful.
