With an impressive track record of tail-wagging and treat-fetching, Alfie has mastered the art of client relations. 🐶💼 He may not be able to draft a proposal, but he sure does know how to seal the deal with a head tilt, a tail wag & a decent fetch session! ⚽ When it comes to sales strategy, Alfie has a simple yet effective approach: - Bark Loudly: Make sure clients know you’re excited about their needs. - Fetch the Right Opportunities: Always be on the lookout for new leads (or tennis balls which is preferred). - Sit and Stay: Be patient and persistent with follow-ups (and treats, carrots & bananas are preferred) *CAUTION* sometimes he chooses favourites by rating treats. November Stats for an Inside Sales Rep: Dials: 1122/1200 ❌ Meetings booked: 11/12 ❌ Meetings attended: 11/12 ❌ Conversation to meeting conversion rate: 22.4% ✅ Some takeaways from the month: ⭐️ A slower month than usual, felt like I’ve hit the crossbar a few times. Numbers are slowing down as not many people want to talk this side of Christmas and understandably so. January will be a fruitful month; new year, new opportunities, new business. ⭐️ Although numbers didn’t soar this month, my professional development did. Attending the LegalEx show gave me a great opportunity to talk more about our product and have some great conversations with people. I also completed a business case for a new tool I wanted to implement into our work as a sales team which was approved by leadership. Again, something new for me but good to show my initiative and forward thinking. ⭐️ On a personal note, it’s been a great month too. Socialising, house hunting, family time. 2024 is ending better than it started and December is looking like it’s going to be a good one. More days out at the races please!
