The inner dialogue of booking a meeting couldn’t be more on point from CorporateNatalie’s Natalie Marshall. “Is that a lunch block or a real block?” had me rolling the floor ☠️😂 But to the point of this share, we owe it to ourselves and our customers to be effective and efficient with our meetings. We have to be strategic of the purpose and outcomes of the meeting with who should attend to help achieve those goals (and 18 people may not get you there 🥴).
