Optimal Size: Between 3 to 5 minutes long, help agents retain and master critical information quickly. Deeper Training: For more complex topics, stretch your Syms up to 10 minutes, for agents to have a full view of the process. Break into smaller steps for practice and ensure agents have enough time to absorb the material without feeling overwhelmed.
