Are you a milk in tea kinda person? We've got a few tips!! • first and foremost, add milk LAST. The darkness or lightness of the tea in your cup helps you to visually gauge how much milk to add. • milk is usually added to black tea, but there are no hard and fast rules. You do you 😊 • virtually all dairy and plant-based milks work with tea. • switch up your milk-in-tea vibe with almond or oat milk, even coconut milk. Yum. • don't forget the treats!!

How to make soymilk yourself! (Compared with soy milk powder, the cost of our soy flour is reduced by 30% and the freshness is increased by 3 times.) 😍 😍😍 First add water, then add soy powder and sugar, and start the soymilk machine for about half an hour. The soymilk machine heats while stirring, and it is ready to drink without filtering. Our soy flour is lactose-free and additive-free and can be used to make foods such as soy milk, breakfast drinks, baked goods and snacks. 😀 😀 😀

So why doesn’t drinking water help…<p class="more-link-p"><a class="more-link" href="">Read more →</a></p>

The low fibre level contributes to the reason you eat white bread and quickly become hungry again. How to start the day with Superfoods how to use: first thing in the morning tonque scraping then have one or better: a few glasses of *electrolyte water and if possible a bit activated charcoal (*a very easy and cheap electrolyte is: good water with a sprinkle of Himalayan salt) > this for several reasons: 1. hydrates the whole body 2. rinsed the stomach from acids and residue of foods from yesterday. 3. this also prepares your body to take optimal use of the upcoming superfood. in this case: for example ashwagandha find a glass jar with a lid. Add 1/4 with filtered water and start with one teaspoon ashwagandha close jar tight > shake well > drink. the taste is bitterisch so have a glass of water after and if needed take a teaspoon of honey, then you forget the taste
