What a day to be finally announcing this exciting news!! Surrounded by some amazing, driven and inspirational women 🙌 as well as the equally amazing Tim English! After taking some much needed time off after almost 16 years in property and project/asset management, where I worked in almost every role in the private rented sector to then moving over to social housing/temporary accommodation helping to house thousands of venerable people on a nightly basis. And where I fully immersed myself into the industry, learnt, grew, evolved, looked to inspire and make a positive impact, innovate, influence, mentor and lead and it quickly became my passion. This wasnt always easy and in some of the roles was quite challenging and to have my voice heard and my ideas accepted because I was a woman in areas where it was very male dominated but I do love a challenge and it's made me the person I am today 😊 with a huge bag of successes as well as the not so successful outcomes along the way. But, I am proud to have done and been a part of all of it. I am hugely grateful to those who consistently supported me and backed me, whom were a large group of mentors, colleagues, friends and family as well as complete strangers......to you I’d like to say thank you! And now with all those skills, knowledge, experience, ideas and thirst to continue to learn, evolve, innovate, influence and make a positive impact I chose to take a side step in my career and into a new and very exciting role of Learning and Development Project Partner at GBB Coaching & Consultancy So what do they do and what will I be a part of? I will be part of a team that been helping premium brands, SMEs and individuals achieve their goals for over 15 years and with combined experiences of over 20 years in the industry. All of these Psychologists have certainly made important contributions. But using citation metrics to rank "Top" scientists ignores the many other ways that scientists contribute to or harm scientific progress. As we've recently seen in various fraud and questionnable research practice investigations in the behavioral sciences, some scientists may look astounding on a limited number of dimensions such as citations or publications, but pollute the scientific literature with unreliable research or as toxic mentors and colleagues. By focusing on individual achievements, such metrics incentivize scientists to do whatever is best for their careers, regardless of what is best for science. We need to move towards a system when scientists are rewarded or punished for their entire range of contributions to science, not just their individual achievements. Through my journey so far, I was fortunate enough to work closely with colleagues on the same goals and personal growth. The disbalance between employee benefits was something I have struggled to bring to everyone in the team in the companies I've worked with. The club will always be more important than the team… Hear me out. Let me give you some examples: - Ryan Reynolds & Wrexham - Gareth Southgate & England They have one key thing in common. Their commitment to a CLUB mentality. They’re just two examples of when managers not only made a team but transformed a CLUB. How? Because they identified the following: 1) That the club has longevity compared to a team 2) Opportunities to build a fundamental foundation The fact is, they made the entirety of the badge a priority, not just the first team. That’s how you create a great club, and the best team(s).

Thanks to the whole team for a great summer! This experience was really engaging and worthwhile for my future endeavors in sports analytics! Here's how it works 👇 When our team sees someone that does something great, or sees someone do something a little extra, they take a "caught ya" card. On that card, they write down who they are and what they did that was awesome and pin it on the board. You can see below that there's a lot of great stuff being done that's getting noticed. This particular Go> Choose board is at our dealer support center, and each of the Bish's RV locations has a board of its own. It's awesome being able to see all in one place how the team is not only serving each other, but how they are going beyond the norm to make a good experience for everyone that walks into a Bish's RV location.

It’s a family tradition for us to say thanks to our children at the end of each school year, not for the marks they brought home but for the effort they put in … … most importantly for embracing the opportunity to learn and have fun with it. I think that’s a good habit in business, too, especially for ambitious teams. When we’re constantly busy cracking the next challenge, it can be hard to hit pause for a moment and celebrate how far we’ve already come. It’s easy to take the effort for granted.
