It seems another wicket keeper is in the news today with an old playing partner of mine, Martin C Holland's Fuse Minerals Ltd securing some heavy hitters for their ASX IPO. Fuse Minerals Ltd has mandated Unified Capital Partners (UCPS) and Defender Asset Management as joint lead managers who appear to have brought the 'A' listers of backers to the table. With the proposed listing approved on Friday last week, it appears that it could join the boards prior to Christmas, no doubt a fantastic Christmas present for the team at Fuse Minerals Ltd. Fuse Minerals Ltd is seeking funds to explore copper, gold, silver, lead and zinc tenements in QLD and WA. With Nyunggai Warren Mundine AO listed as Chair and a serious line up of initial backers, it would appear that Fuse Minerals is being given the best possible shot at success. Nova Minerals Limited (ASX:NVA, OTCQB:NVAAF) anticipates it will complete the regulatory steps necessary to dual list to the Nasdaq in the June quarter, having made solid progress toward that goal over the last few months. The company intends to undertake an initial public offering (IPO) on the Nasdaq within months, subject to market conditions, Nasdaq listing approval and satisfaction of US regulatory requirements. Mako Gold Ltd (ASX:MKG) has obtained binding comittments to raise $2 million through a share placement at $0.01 per share with funds to support the company's #gold and #BatteryMetal portfolio of assets, and potentially further acquisitions.  Cornerstone investor Goldridge Resources Pty Ltd committed to subscribe to 50 million new shares, representing $500,000 in funding.  The company also received strong support from existing major shareholder Dundee Corporation, which maintained its 9.9% holding in Mako.  To complement the placement, Mako also intends to offer a share purchase plan (SPP) to eligible Mako shareholders to raise up to an additional $500,000.  The extra funding will allow Mako to advance exploration at the Napié Gold Project as well as the Korhogo #Manganese Project and a pending lithium-prospective 400-square-kilometre lithium application.  More at #Proactive #ProactiveInvestors #ASX #MKG #MiningAustralia #Lithium http://ow.ly/aiKy1052vMo

Horizon Minerals Ltd (ASX:HRZ) CEO Grant Haywood sits down with Jonathan Jackson in the Proactive Australia studio to discuss a proposed merger with Greenstone Resources Limited. The merger is designed to create a new emerging #GoldProducer in the WA Goldfields, providing Horizon with an opportunity to establish the next mid-tier gold producer by bringing together complementary assets and teams. This includes the company’s resources - Horizon has 1.3 million ounces over a very large landholding in the Eastern Goldfields of WA within a 75-kilometre radius in and around Kalgoorlie and Coolgardie while Greenstone has 500,000 ounces near Coolgardie. Titan Minerals Ltd (ASX:TTM, OTC:TTTNF) has concluded the retail portion of its expedited non-renounceable pro rata entitlement offering. Together with the institutional component and the retail entitlement offer which raised some A$670,000 at an offer price of A$0.03 per new share, the company raised around $4.77 million. This offering allowed eligible shareholders to acquire one new fully paid ordinary share for every six shares they held. In addition, for each new share, shareholders receive one free option, exercisable at A$0.035, expiring on January 31, 2025. Shareholders who subscribed to two attaching options receive an extra option, exercisable at A$0.07 and expiring on January 31, 2027.
