Nova Minerals Limited (ASX:NVA, OTCQB:NVAAF) anticipates it will complete the regulatory steps necessary to dual list to the Nasdaq in the June quarter, having made solid progress toward that goal over the last few months. Horizon Minerals Ltd (ASX:HRZ) CEO Grant Haywood sits down with Jonathan Jackson in the Proactive Australia studio to discuss a proposed merger with Greenstone Resources Limited. The merger is designed to create a new emerging #GoldProducer in the WA Goldfields, providing Horizon with an opportunity to establish the next mid-tier gold producer by bringing together complementary assets and teams. This includes the company’s resources - Horizon has 1.3 million ounces over a very large landholding in the Eastern Goldfields of WA within a 75-kilometre radius in and around Kalgoorlie and Coolgardie while Greenstone has 500,000 ounces near Coolgardie. We are delighted to have hosted an investor presentation for Navarre Minerals (ASX:NML) with a select group of investors on 24th September 2024. James Gurry, NML’s Managing Director, clearly articulated the NML story and discussed how the company is repositioning itself to fully capitalise on its 305k/oz defined gold resource and an exploration target of 280K to 420K. Following stage one of its recapitalisation, NML bought back its highly prospective gold projects in a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) with the administrator at a significant discount to their intrinsic value. We believe that NML presents an attractive opportunity for investors to participate in stage 2 of its recapitalisation ahead of the resumption of trading at a post-money valuation of approximately ~$11m, just a fraction of its previous peak market cap of $150m. Great to have recently advised AIM-listed client Capital Metals plc on receipt of a strategic investment of £1.25 million from ASX-listed Sheffield Resources Ltd in return for 10% of the issued shares of Capital Metals. Corporate partner Sam Hudson led on the provision of legal advice. Capital Metals has also granted Sheffield Resources an option to make a further £844,000 investment into it over the next 12 months, as well as a 60-day co-exclusivity period with another investor to agree terms for the acquisition of up to 50% of its interests in the Eastern Minerals Project in Sri Lanka.
