DON'T PURCHES SAMSUNG PRODUCTS . I purches LED TV BU8000 43 inch TV there is black line came on display i put service requet they replace old pannel with new dusty faulty pannel, after 1 week there found big lines on dipslay , Service requst also closed without resolving the problem . 1) They replce old paneel with faulty paneel 2) Manufactring of samsung product is doing in dusty envoirtment. 3) No proper Quality Team. 4)Service requst no 4398851751 closed with comment display is quality check & Ok. SAMSUNG any body sorting out this ????????

Samsung Electronics Extremely bad organisation which has taken one of my friends for a ride by issuing a faulty tv. I was just speaking to him And then they dismantled his tv only to realised they had got an incorrect part They again came back with an alternate part, not the one for tv, just to make it work  why didn’t you just issue a refund or credit note so someone can buy a tv.  absolute disgrace, poor CX team.  he even emailed ceo but emailagain went to cx team who are taking him in circles 

Olá, após algum tempo economizando para comprar minha Smart TV de 55", escollhi uma Samsung devido a experiências positivas que tive com a marca no passado, chquei tudo inclusive a garantia, que era de 12 meses. De uma forma inacreditável, minha TV começou a apresentar a metadade da tela mais escura um mês após o términi da garantia, no início pelo fato de eu utilizar pouco acabei esperando um tempo achando que voltaria ao normal, porém não aconteceu, então entrei em contato com a assistência e me passaram uma série de procedimentos para executar na TV, porém nada adiantou, então como havia passado a garantia, pensei em deixar assim mesmo, pois não era "tão terrível" assistir dessa forma, o pouco tempo que eu utilizava, mas se passaram uns dois meses a mancha mudou de lado e mais uns meses a TV começou a desligar e ligar em looping... Entrei em contato com a assistência técnica que proporam uma visita e cobrariam o deslocamento, aceitei para tentar resolver, porém a resolução identificada foi trocar o painel de LED (Tela toda) e a placa principal, o que resultou em um orçamento do valor de R$ 2890,00. Fiquei muito triste com isso, pois uma TV é considerado um bem durável o que esperamos que dure no mínimo 5 anos.

Olá Samsung! Tentei de todas as maneiras que vcs me entregassem meu televisor que a anos investigo o desvio da tv 📺 e vcs nunca tem resposta concreta, pois então eu comecei investigar 🔬 e descobri o cara que vendeu que foi o mesmo que foi retirar meu televisor antigo e a compradora Sra Vívian Cecília que pagou os 4500 reais 💵 e eu fiquei sem tv e vcs não souberam nem onde estava o produto a investida que dei eu achei o ladrao ele entregou a compradora a compradora também foi golpeada por 1200 reais da assistência técnica 👩🔧 e eu paguei a ela o valor pelo televisor pra provar que vcs me roubaram pq se é colaborador é responsável e a empresa é seu nome então eu mesmo já vou processar mas quero serviço técnico pro televisor pq eu vou arrumar e doar pra Sra Vívian que é mãe solteira e uso benefício social pra pagar 1200 reais pro Técnico que era conserto em cortesia mais uma vez vcs roubaram uma mãe de família e portanto espero o serviço técnico ok

😔 I had a frustrating experience with Samsung Gulf regarding a TV installation. Despite reporting the issue the day after installation (August 15, 2024), Samsung failed to honor their replacement policy, instead pushing for a repair. The damage was clearly due to the negligence of their recommended installation team, as confirmed by their technician. The service order was also closed without my consent.  Samsung's poor handling of this situation, including their disregard for their own policies and the impact on my warranty and resale value, has been deeply disappointing. I expected better from a brand like Samsung.

Well Samsung Electronics you may make some smart things but you are pretty dumb in the way you treat your customers! I have only had Samsung phone since the S5 (and maybe before) and never needed to try out your customer service, until this year. And I must say it is not only appalling but it provides illegal advice on warranties for NZ and Australian customers. Firstly, just making a request to return or have a faulty product replaced is excruciating. The amount of people involved in the emails, phone calls, text messages multiple requests for the same information is so inefficient it is ineptitude. It seems to.me you are hoping the customer will give up. My latest saga is with the silicone case purchased online from Samsung in February this year. One side of it is peeling off at the edge (a common problem from.what I read) and it is therefore less effective in protecting phone. Samsung at responsive to my request for a replacement, but I receive phone calls and other comes that get me no further than I was last time - until today, when they agreed to inspect my case, but then tell me I might be charged for doing this if there is no fault. All I have to do is drive 250kms+ one way to their service centre! Case costs $5 to make!

Am facing a huge trouble with your agent in Egypt. Am using a Note 20, a couple of days ago I noticed the battery got "swollen" and not holding any charge so I headed to your agent where I was to told battery has to be replaced (on my expense), desperately I complied so that it'd be replaced today in one hour time, a few hours have passed post that hour with no word. I was told to keep it and they should've called me today to deliver it to them so that battery should be replaced, I paid un advance btw, they claimed it's because it's not in the warranty period anymore !!Obviously it's not something I can do even if deliberately

Samsung Electronics I never thought that I would need to escalate my issue publicly but I'm compelled to do it as you service centre executives are just ignoring my problem. I had bought samsung S24 ultra 9 months back and 3 days back my phone display shows a green line and within few hours of green line my phone half screen got black and stopped working. I emailed to customer care, visited service centre 4 times but either they ignore me my calls or ask INR 16000 for display replacement. This service is not expected from Samsung Electronics, please look it into it asap.

Sir/ Ma'am Its very saddening to inform that SAMSUNG INDIA has failed to deliver the Washing machine i ordered on 6 Oct 24 (22358804386) 12 kg BESPOKE AI ,AI WASH and has canceled my order on 16 Oct 24 and deducted cancelation charges too shamelessly. I ordered it again on 17 Oct 24 ( 22362346795)Today I received a msg from Delhivery that the product is out for delivery and yet again none turned up.  I had forewarned the service team via email and call to ensure PROMPT delivery by closely monitoring. Yet no one in SAMSUNG has bothered to do their bit .I HEREBY EXPRESS MY DISPLEASURE AND ANGUISH that YOUR INCOMPETANT TEAM NEEDS SERIOUS SERVICE UPGRADE.PL ACT I don't know how to handle this any better than writing mail to you.You may call me on 7261987268 to inform that the issue has been successfully resolved by you .
