💥 Let's talk pain points. In my conversations with clients, a recurring challenge emerges: the struggle to source qualified individuals for their Maintenance vacancies. Within the Industrial domain, it's evident that Maintenance Technicians aren't one-size-fits-all. The nuanced demands of various industries necessitate distinct skill sets. A Food and Beverage Maintenance Technician, for instance, possesses a vastly different skill set compared to their counterpart in Plastics Maintenance. Moreover, the disparities extend across Manufacturing, Production, and Logistics environments. That's where I come in 😎 . You want a Tech with heavy electrical and PLC knowledge with a background in Food and Bev? I got him. Looking for a skilled Tech with expert knowledge in conveyor systems and automation, and experience in a Manufacturing setting? Look no further – meet Alex! CNC Maintenance? Yep. Heavy electrical experience? Yep Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Boilers, Pumps, Etc? Uh-huh. Them too. Just give me your shopping list, sit back, and let my team do the ground work. 💪 Remember, interviews are complimentary 💃 How can we help you today? #DFWRecruitment #MaintenanceStaffing #HiringSolutions #Randstadusa

Realiability and Maintenance Specialist in Oil an Gas Industry.AI-ML application consultant in Predictive MIntenance.
Maintenance of Equipment used in Oil and Gas Industry need following Skilled Manpower better known as 1.Fitters 2.Riggers 3.Mill Wright Fitters 4.Machinists 5.Technicians 6.Helpers Generally it has been seen only few have Diploma certificates in Engineering and majority of them do not have technical certifications like 1.ITI certificate 2.Not any Scientific School Certificate. Most of practicing manpower including 1.Fabricator 2.Welder 3.Scaffolder do not have formal technical education and have only experience which in some cases very relevant in Industry. However in my view Good Technical Hands come only from Certified Diploma Engineers and they need to be given chances and training to work on Roatating as well Static equipment and must be exposed 1.Best Practices 2.Best written repair, assembly procedures In specialized Machinery like critical big Machines like 1.Compressors 2.Pumps 3.Steam and Gasturbines The skilled manpower must be given consistent training along with responsible Maintenance and Reliability Engineers. Actually nobody can replace good technicians whose work is perfect and no rework is required in general. However Maintenance Engineers/Reliability Engineers must ensure 1.Proper and Special Tools and Tackles. 2.Spare Parts/ Material 3.Encouraging innovation in Repair as well Encouraging to learn from every Mchinery failure. 4.Logistics NOTE:All this is about Mechanical Discipline.Same applies to Electrical,Instrumentation discipline for Maintenance. #maintenance #failure #reliability #spareparts #oilandgas #pumps #steamturbines #gasturbines #compressors
