Our founder, Andy Parke, had a fantastic experience on Monday at the Opendoorz Ambassador "Halfway There" training session. Andy is an Ambassador for the North Oxford group, which meets at Bicester Hotel, Golf and Spa. Reflecting on the past six months, Andy noted how quickly time has flown by, leading to a brief moment of concern about North Oxford’s progress toward its goals. One key goal for the North Oxford group was to have 16 members by the end of June. The good news is that with the recent addition of Ryan Daly, Carla Massey, and Sarah Cook, we are now at 15 members—just one more to go! Our aim is to reach 20 members by December. The session provided a great opportunity for Andy to share successes and challenges not only with fellow Ambassador Oya Emir-Wilson and Associate Director Jon Ellard but also with Ambassadors and Associate Directors from the other 10 groups. A major focus of the session was on finding the right guests for future events. It’s not about numbers but about finding business owners and directors who share the core values of Opendoorz: - Never Compromise: Success stems from the quality of our members, their connections, the relationships they develop, and the opportunities they create. Each new member is chosen for the unique value they can add. - Fun: While we take business seriously, we always remember to have a bit of fun along the way! Strongly considering a return to Speedway LLC. With my 15 years helping customers, and prior experience, I wonder if I'm a fit for the Assistant Manager position near me. Also, really considering a move to T-Mobile as well. I think it would be a match made in heaven if you ask me. Top Notch Customer Service & The ##Uncarrier. Other places of interest are Rochester Gas & Electric for Call Center work or RTS - Regional Transit Service for the same position. Both I have applications in for, but I think I might need to refresh them both. Same with Spectrum. All 3 are Local Businesses, and in this job hunt, the Locals get precedence with me. Because honestly, I'm still as good as David Kinde, Carl Hampton, Will Piskatorski (I hope I'm spelling that right. Forgive me if I'm not) Christina Ferguson, Sandy Lennox, Andrea Rothfuss, Jennifer Leonard, Ed Popil, Maggie Palma & Jeff Stewart knows I can be. And I understand that they cannot speak on my time there due to the way I left Dial America. But these are the people who initially believed in me and made the way I work possible. The only thing I have learned from my experience with Continuum Global Solutions is when I'm home based, even with a injury, I can make it to work, I can be a factor, and I can do it like I did it for SiriusXM Canada. Yeah, I'm not going to say I was good on the SiriusXM U.S Program. I was average at first, but got better. I guess what I'm saying is. My Hunt for a JD Power is not finished. When I say this, I mean, if a company gets a JD Power Award of Excellence, while I'm employed work for them or on their behalf, like I did for the 2 aforementioned businesses from 2008 to 2012, and like I have as a part of a Strategic Partnership Channel of Verizon from 2019 to January 2023. And I know that Verizon got the JD Power for 2022. And I know what I said. But I'm not claiming that one. It was acquired with I'll gotten means of behalf of that same SPC I worked for. I just want a fair chance to get my competitively flow going while remaining the #QuintessentialProfessional. In 2024, I would like to prove why I'm #TheAdvantage. And wherever I'm employed at will get the best customer service I can provide. And I was mostly 10's with my surveys with I was with Verizon, and at DialAmerica... From 2008 to 2012, I'm the Employee that was a perennial Commission earner. Only 2 to 5 Checks for my entire tenure were based on hourly pay. Highest SPH, Highest Contact Conversion, Multi Time Agent Of The Quarter.... I learned how to be a Advantage when I was with DialAmerica.... Continuum Global Solutions never appreciated #TheAdvantage when they had it... And now, I want to try again. And if possible... Back to that Award acquired with Ill-Gotten Means... Yeah. I need that. But... First things first. I misspoke about my 2024. I'm Driven by Desire... Designed by Destiny... But my 2024, will still be... Defied in Dominance... #KnockKnock #TickTick

As I approach my 12-month anniversary at RedKnows, I’ve been reflecting on some valuable lessons I’ve gained throughout my journey so far. Firstly, I’ve learned the significance of embracing discomfort. While I’d always heard that growth occurs outside our comfort zones, it wasn’t until I joined RedKnows that I truly experienced this. Here, I’m regularly encouraged to take on projects that challenge me in new ways. These experiences push me to adapt quickly and think creatively, and the insights I gain from them are lessons I carry forward. Another important lesson I’ve learned is the value of asking for help when I’m unsure or stuck. The supportive culture at RedKnows has made it easy to seek advice from my colleagues, and I’ve realised that collaboration often leads to great outcomes. By combining our unique strengths and perspectives, we’re able to achieve far more than we could individually. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the value of staying open to new ways of doing things. In my role as a marketing assistant, I’m surrounded by talented specialists who each have their own unique approaches to problem-solving and strategy. By being receptive to their ideas and methods, I’m able to find efficient and creative ways to tackle my own challenges.
