Recently, I had an almost 3-hour long conversation with a potential new team member at Beanstalk Real Estate Solutions. We all have our quirks, and one of mine is having a favorite pair of work pants. Despite a closet full of options, I often (maybe too often) find myself reaching for that same trusty pair. Recently, I disappointedly discovered that they’ve been discontinued, but after some sleuthing, I managed to find a source and stocked up. While pondering this peculiar attachment to… pants, I couldn't help but wonder if there's a business lesson hidden here.
