Starting off Business Week 2023 at NKU Haile College of Business with Bailey Moses at the Internship Lab! We learned about what companies are looking for, putting ourselves out there and tips for the Career Fair! We were able to talk with Justin Stewart, JD, CFE from Western & Southern and Nicolette M. who offered us insight into the workforce & internships! I was able to learn so much about HR, looking for HR internships, and setting goals! Second Business Week Event at Northern Kentucky University. I was honored to listen to John Helmle speak about his journey to becoming Bengals CFO, setting goals, and maintaining a network. We were reminded to follow our North Star (our vision) and use this to help us find our path. I really enjoyed hearing about how to maintaing your network (building on relationships). John also answered an array of questions about being the CFO at the Cincinnati Bengals which was so interesting to hear about!
