🚀 It's the most exciting time of the quarter at Outreach- FEATURE RELEASE DAY 😍 For my Customer Operations professionals- this release is for us! We've expanded our platform capabilities to help our CSM/AM teams prevent churn and increase expansion opportunities. One of the features I am most excited about is CUSTOM OBJECTS! All of those post-sales records that sit, under utilized in CRM, can now be brought to life and actioned on within Outreach (ex. Health Scores, Escalations, Voice of Customer/Feature Requests) the limit does not exist! Outreach Ops team at SKO! I know everyone says this after a SKO but... this truly was the best one yet. We laughed, we danced, we SANG (shoutout to all our incredible Karaoke singers) learned a ton and came together as a united GTM team.
