Scania participates in Pride Parades every year to show support for the LGBTQI+ community, to make it visible and to spread understanding and acceptance in society. At Scania, the workforce needs to reflect our customers and the markets we operate in. We do a lot to shape an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone feels safe, accepted for who they are and genuinely valued since diverse perspectives give a better performance.
