Welcome aboard Andrew! SCS’s new Media Director has worked in-house at huge players like Publicis/Starcom and for a number of mid-sized agencies from Colorado to Chicago. Working for SCS is only one of the most exciting things he’s done in 2024: “I got married earlier this year at the air and space museum in Denver followed by a 10-day honeymoon in Ireland where we drove around the island exploring castles and touring whiskey distilleries. My wife and I both have our private pilot's certificates and travel the country in our 2-seater experimental airplane. We dote on our dog, Gus, who is a very unusual mix with a goofy, loving personality. Question? reframed what do we do about our company's culture? I found this question relevant, HOW DO YOU BOOST MORALE? I know from personal experience with many teams in many arenas that one common action on my part has been to personally speak to those I wish to Boost. This has been proven with several teams of over 100 from 17 countries, 5 languages and 9 religions and more colors than the rainbow in one gathering to go over customer satisfaction improvement measures. Speaking directly to those to be BOOSTED, with conviction in your voice that shows you are interested in their interpretation of the message. Wanting to make sure they feel connected and they can feel valued. Speak to your persons to be Boosted, Eye to Eye with Clarity of Mission, with the strength of Conviction and emphasis that you the speaker KNOW more than you believe that they in fact possess the forces within themselves to be over flowing with Morale. Leaders help bring the forces out. It has to come from the heart with force. Rewards are always good morale boosters. I'll take rewards. Cash tips are great for boosting morale.
