This International Women's Day, we can all #InspireInclusion. International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. Let's celebrate women's achievements, raise awareness about discrimination, and take action to drive gender parity. As an organization that supports self-identifying women, 2S, and gender diverse individuals, we understand the fight for equity is ongoing, and to truly include women means to openly embrace their diversity of race, age, ability, gender identity, and beyond.

This International Women's Day, let's reflect on the importance of continuing to think intersectional as we work toward our collective liberation. Recognizing that every woman's experience is uniquely shaped by the convergence of various identities – be it race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion or socioeconomic status – is crucial for fostering a truly inclusive movement. Today, let's celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women worldwide, while acknowledging the diverse challenges we face. In this pursuit of equality, let’s amplify the voices of all women, honoring the intersectionality that enriches our collective narrative. #IntersectionalFeminism #GenderEquality #InclusiveMovement #EmpowerWomen #IntersectionalityMatters #CelebrateWomen #GlobalFeminism

If you are lucky to be asked to join a panel at a conference, ask the organizers who else will join you. Diverse does not mean one women among six speakers, or all palm colored people. It is your right and your duty to create the change we all want to see. You CAN give your place to another expert who also deserves to be heard. They will appreciate you for it. #MRX #Insights #MarketResearch #MarketingResearch #CustomerInsight #ConsumerInsight #QuantitativeResearch #QualitativeResearch #publicspeaking #publicspeakers
WIRe’s 50/50 initiative and speakers database aims to support women from across the various roles and industries that make up the broader research landscape by matching them with the #marketresearch industry’s best events – and work closely with conference organizers to promote a 50/50 gender split on stage and beyond. You can join us in the fight for gender parity, behind and beyond the podium, by adding yourself to our database; learn more and sign up today at https://bit.ly/3TyTYIV #MRX #WomeninResearch

Had to share this amazing article about the achievements of women on the 2024 #ForbesOver50 list.
"The achievements of the women on the 2024 #ForbesOver50 list shatter long-held stereotypes about age and gender. Women over the age of 50 have arrived—and then some," Mika Brzezinski, co-host of MSNBC’s Morning Joe and founder of Know Your Value writes. https://trib.al/RZOP5sM

There seem to be two extreme interpretations of March 8th - the tulip-spring one and the Clara Zetkin-inspired one. As always, the truth lies somewhere in the middle and everyone has their own perspective. At Women on Boards Ukraine, we believe that today March 8th is a global day dedicated to celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women, of which there are many and we fully embrace the U.N. Women camping #investinwomen as getting more women on boards is part of world progress towards gender balance and equality.
