I was just informed that we can hire one more person. What type of job description do you think is appropriate? Employee: I think we need to address this regulatory finding which has been outstanding for two years. It specifically says, “Provided documentation were poorly prepared. Presented charts and graphs lacked corresponding commentary to explain their relevance. Critical details such as assumptions and remediation plans were missing from methodology, policies and procedures documents.” Hiring Manager: Super… It sounds like we’re on the same page!
