Last week our 2023 Catalyst Fellowship cohort finished their 2nd (of six) learning experiences in New Orleans. It was a powerful opportunity to learn and build community. As one of our fellows said: "It is easy to get lost in the forest and not acknowledge the beauty and opportunity of the moment I am in. I appreciated the space and time at the learning experience to take a step out of my day to day and recognize my current position of power and proximity to power. I have the opportunity to drive great change and I want to consider new ways to channel that!"
