This support scheme, therefore, offers three different supports: The first one dedicated to Skilling and upskilling on green transition that will support SMEs up to €5000 The second one dedicated to internationalisation of SMEs activities that will support SMEs up to €10000 for internationalisation services and training.   The third one dedicated to supporting SMEs in attending the PIMAP4Sustainability international mission in Japan.  This support will be 2000 euros per SME. (This amount might change depending on the evolution of the Call).

Global utility data software has been lauded for its potential to streamline energy management and sustainability reporting for US companies. However, internationally, such software has encountered challenges due to the need for manual data entry, significantly slowing down production processes. Surprisingly, some companies are finding it more efficient to manually track their metrics rather than utilize these softwares. This shift poses implications for sustainability reporting, as the reliance on manual methods may lead to inaccuracies, delays, and inconsistencies in data collection and reporting. Without efficient data management systems, companies may struggle to meet sustainability goals and accurately assess their environmental impact. Governments often encourage business owners to modernise and prepare themselves for a decarbonised economy, but the reality of these upgrades is never smooth for businesses. It is expensive to re-equip a manufacturing business to be more efficient, to incorporate digital platforms and to produce more while producing less carbon. And there are always risks in adopting new technology and systems.     The Queensland government is responding to that challenge as it rolls out Round 7 of its Made in Queensland program. MIQ creates matched grants ranging from $50,000 to $2.5 million, which pays for cutting-edge technologies, systems and processes that improve energy efficiency, support export initiatives, enhance supply chain performance and assist in decarbonising.
