Power Porridge! Both kids and adults in my household love it. It tastes great, is healthy, and practical. About a year ago, I discovered #SpentGrainFlour and realized how easy and delicious it is to add to bread and cakes. Recently, I’ve been testing different recipes and had an epiphany with #Porridge. By adding the flour early and roasting it along with other floral ingredients, it brings out an amazing chocolate aroma. The best part is that I can include an upcycled ingredient while boosting the #DietaryFiber and #Protein content of the recipe.
