A question I get often is why should I want to work with your company. Being a great recruiter is a very small piece of a big puzzle in this travel market. Our support staff is everything. Here are a few reasons I believe Cuready is the company you should work with on your travel journey! 1. We don't have the mindset that "You work for us" we believe "WE WORK FOR YOU". We don't expect you to work around our schedules, we work around YOUR schedule. Cuready is staffed with travelers who have done compliance, had after hour emergencies, worked at really hard assignment. We know what this is like and we know that no matter how hard our day is, we don't have to experience what a healthcare worker can experience on a daily basis. Cuready's goal is to make the travel process as easy and lucrative for you as possible. 2. Cuready doesn't have conversations on how to convince travelers to accept lower pay, or extend at an awful assignment. We simply listen to what is best for you and support you through it. We do however, have conversations on how we can pay more, if we should negotiate rates, what we can do to make sure our travelers are happy and cared for, ect. 3. Cuready is staffed with healthcare workers. ALL of our recruiters have healthcare experience. We have all worked on the floor and cared for patients. Some of us still do. 4. We take lower percentages so you make more money. We negotiate even when we are told no 9 out of 10 times. Because we know that 1 time is worth it. We know pay is important and while we cant change the market we can do our part to pay the most we can. 5. ALL of our recruiters are their own account managers. This may seem like not a big deal, but when I can submit you immediately for an assignment when you send your stuff in at 9pm, vs wait until someone else can submit the next day before noon, it makes a difference. We develop relationships with the facilities or vendors so we can communicate through the submission process. This gives you the greatest chance to get the position.
