Two intense days full of inputs at the Global Summit Human Resources! This event, now in its eighth edition, with a dense calendar of conferences and one-to-one meetings, aims to both make culture on the #HR world at 360 degrees, and to create business opportunities between companies and consulting and service providers. In addition to an infinity of contacts, I brought home some important food for thought: 👉 Why, already in the selection phase, do not consider #flexibility as an attitude to the evolution of role and change, since work changes at a faster pace than ours? 👉 Let's surround ourselves with people capable of challenging organizations, of bringing out contradictions. 👉 Why do we continue to focus on stress management, when we declare that we are committed to building comfortable work environments? 👉 "The group takes the field, the team wins the game". Quote. Yes, because a team needs to be developed and fed, and the company should provide the right context and tools. 👉 In terms of positioning, it is advisable to create an alignment between #employerbranding and consumer brand. I am also happy to have met Elisa Santinato, HR manager and people enthusiast, with whom I shared many interesting thoughts about our respective experience.
