Sustainability leadership enhances the ability to attract and retain talent in the European Hospitality Industry. Many employees, especially those from younger generations, are seeking employers who share their values on sustainability. To leverage this opportunity, organizations should highlight their sustainability initiatives and culture in their recruitment efforts. Implementing programs that allow employees to contribute to sustainability goals can also increase job satisfaction and loyalty.

Corporate sustainability is defined as the ability of a firm to meet the present needs of its direct and indirect stakeholders without compromising the ability to meet the needs of future stakeholders as well as~ Dyllick & Hockert 2002, p.131. From observation, the definition is a transpose of the sustainable development definition advanced by the WCED popularly known as the Brutland Report. The definition suggests that stakeholder management achieves corporate sustainability. The question therefore is: How is corporate social responsibility related to corporate sustainability? What is the difference between CSR, Corporate Accountability and Corporate sustainability?
