Last week, Kansallissali in Helsinki came alive as we released the Nordic Business Diversity Index 2025, the most extensive study on top leadership diversity in the Nordics. With the theme The Future of Talent, the report highlights how diverse leadership is essential for navigating today’s challenges, from digitalisation to intergenerational collaboration and heightened societal expectations. Last week, we had the honor of participating in the Nordic Business Diversity Index 2025 launch event, organized by Impaktly.   📝 This year's report addresses how diverse leadership is critical to navigating an era defined by digitalisation, extended careers, intergenerational collaboration, and heightened societal expectations. As technology, automation, and AI redefine productivity, and as employees and customers call for meaningful action on climate change, inclusion, and well-being, companies with diverse, purpose-driven leadership will be best positioned to thrive.   In the event our Group Chief Executive Officer, Timo Ritakallio, shared OP Financial Group's journey towards fostering a more diverse and inclusive community.   "We believe that a diverse workforce is crucial for understanding and effectively serving our diverse clientele. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment that values different perspectives, diversity, and experiences," says Ritakallio.   Ritakallio also highlighted the importance of Executive Management's commitment and tone-of-voice in promoting DEI topics. F-Secure has once again secured a place in the Top 10 on Impaktly’s Nordic Business Diversity Index in Finland! 💫 Comparing over 800 listed companies from Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Iceland and Norway, the index offers valuable insight into the diversity of senior leadership in Nordic listed companies.
