CBRE was well represented at Wednesday’s BOMA Columbus Ohio (Official) “Financial Best Practices” 3-hour class for Commercial Real Estate property managers. In attendance: Holly Fuller, CPM, Saundra Cramblett, RPA®, Rebekah Haase, Stephanie Mitchell, Elliott Mortensen, and Jenn Plewes. Topics included: 1) Budgeting best practices 2) Capital and R&M planning with a 5-year look ahead 3) Introductory to Investment Math The session was incredibly informative, and our team gained a lot from it. These sessions are beneficial not only for experienced property managers but also provide our real estate admins and coordinators with valuable exposure to learn and grow.
