When Neo Group started organising mobile blood drives for its employees and partners in 2016, Jasper Chang made the decision to donate blood for the first time. As Assistant Director of Operations at Umisushi, a subsidiary of Neo Group, he was motivated to lead by example. Since then, Neo Group has hosted three-day mobile blood drives at their premises multiple times a year. Jasper believes that it is essential to build a culture of support and encouragement for first-time blood donors, in order to alleviate their concerns and empower them to donate.
