The quality of your relationships is determined by the quality of your physical health. If you want to improve your relationship start with improving your physical health. The foundation of all human needs is physiological. These needs include: Nutrition, Hydration, Movement, Sleep and Oxygen. If you have unmet physical needs, you won’t have the energy or ability to work on yourself or your relationships. Research shows that 80% of Australians are dehydrated. Perhaps you’ve felt the effects of dehydration; lack of energy, tired, inability to concentrate, muscle craps, thirty, dry skin, dizziness, headaches and the list goes on. We tend to put some of these issues down to other things but in actual fact your are not meeting your basic physiological needs of water. As you have read some of the side effects, imagine how these can impact on your life, and that’s just one need that’s not being met. Could you imagine if you didn’t get enough sleep, ate crappy foods, drank alcohol and didn’t exercise, how would you feel? If you think you’re not meeting your physiological needs then reach out and let’s have a chat.

I'll TRANSFORM you ➔ HEALTHIEST version in 90 days💪 | I design lifestyles that you can stick to for maximising your energy levels | Making fitness simple and sustainable for busy professionals
How focusing on actions can transform your health (Without stressing over the scale) You can't control ↳ how much you weigh. You can't control ↳ how much muscle you build. You can't even control ↳ how much body fat you lose. So, what do you have control over?🤔 You have control over → how often you work out. You have control over → how much sleep you get. You have control over the → foods you put into your body. ☘ Think of it like planting a garden. ↳ You can't control how fast the plants grow But.... You can control... → The quality of the soil → How often you water them → The amount of sunlight they get. 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒂𝒏𝒚 𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔. 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒐𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔. 💁♂️ The goal is not to lose weight or gain weight. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒈𝒐𝒂𝒍 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒅𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑 𝒉𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒕𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒆𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒐𝒓 𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒆𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒄. Just be patient, Trust the process, rest will follow ____________________________________________ PS: Are you too attached to your outcomes and stressed about your weight? Let’s discuss in DM what’s holding you back from becoming what you want to be.

A message from our Founders: You don’t have to be a superstar Olympian to understand how to maximize your body. With so many health distractions in the world, it’s hard to know which diet, supplement, or workout is right for you. Well, the answer is that there isn’t. It’s all about knowing your body and what it needs. Don’t overlook being proactive about your health. Self-awareness is key to stepping inside your mind, body, and soul.

Hydration: The Often Overlooked Foundational Principal to Feeling Your Best Dare I say you could fix all your health problems if you were properly hydrated?! While that may not entirely be true, proper hydration is essential to optimizing our health, our energy, our digestion, our metabolism and our weight. Unfortunately, 80% of my clients that come to me are not properly hydrated. Did you know you can experience the positive effects of proper hydration within minutes of drinking water? In fact, in one study, participants experienced an increase in caloric burn 24 minutes after drinking water. How much water do you drink every day? To learn more about the benefits of drinking water, check out this article I was featured in discussing how your body changes when you are drinking enough water. Link in comments.

Transformative Chiropractic Experience: Gentle Care with Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) l Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique (BEST) | Personalized Healing Retreats in Scottsdale, AZ
Here are two principles I hope can get you unstuck if you're stuck with your health. 1) Fundamentals first Here are the most fundamental health habits to focus on. These are not the only ones, but they are a good start. If you've answered no to any of these questions, pick one and get on the road to making it a yes. a) Brain and spinal cord—do you know the health status of your spine? Do you have an appointment with a structural chiropractor and a date for your next examination? b) Movement—Are you moving your body for at least 1-2 hours every day? It doesn't need to be at the gym or anything crazy, but are you at least moving your body for 1-2 hours every day? c) Food- Are you eating a diet comprised of real food (food with only one ingredient), and are you eating enough protein (1g/pound of body weight per day)? d) Do you have daily tasks that you are required to perform, and/or does your life have any meaning or purpose? All of the above have been linked to greater health and longevity, if you're struggling start with one of them and make the changes necessary. 2) Time and building Once you've made those changes, don't drop them; build on top of them. Like most things in life, health can take a lot of time and effort to build, so once you start, don't stop—keep going but keep stacking more and more habits on top of each other.
