Here is a problem that is worth pushing back against. California is preparing to release regulations enabling the direct potable reuse of treated wastewater. This offers those of us that operate wine, bev, food, and ag facilities in CA an opportunity to reduce the volume of water we consume, much of which is used to clean surfaces. Concerned? We are working on Recovered Water Solutions to create customized answers to improving water efficiency. https://lnkd.in/g6x6uukb

Natural resource management is critical. The water industry, especially agriculture (which uses about 80% of fresh water) along with state and federal agencies must agree that water withdrawal requires regulation. The oil industry realized this in the very early 1900s. Pumping without regard to efficiency will ruin reserves. This has been happening with groundwater withdraws in the San Joaquin Valley CA and the Great Plains of Central USA. https://lnkd.in/enYWVmye
