Think of your life as an intimate behind-the-scenes “Making of” Documentary. You’re familiar with every struggle, every single storyline, all the ups and downs, the pains and joys, all of it. What you know about other people’s lives is, by comparison, a teaser trailer. We have ALL been guilty at one time or another of seeing someone’s teaser trailer and passing judgment on their entire life’s film. I’m not saying we can completely stop this behavior, but it is worth keeping it in mind the next time we start drawing wild conclusions from a teaser trailer.
